Eligibility Graduates of any discipline including engineers /MBA from any recognized University (with a minimum of 50% marks) or candidates with professional qualification like CA, ICWAI, CS etc are also eligible to apply. Those having PG Qualification with 50% or more marks will be considered even if such candidates secure less then 50% in graduation. Candidates appearing for the final year examinations can also apply for provisional admission.

1. Candidates who will not cross the age of 35 years as on 31st December 2011 are eligible to apply.
2. A candidate, who has passed MD / MS degree in not more than two attempts from a recognized Medical College included in the Schedules to the Indian Medical council Act, 1956 and has obtained full registration for MD / MS either from the Medical Council of India or any state Medical Council.

Admission Procedure:
Selection is based on the rank obtained in the All India entrance test conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on 26th June 2011.
Application Forms:
(i) Application form is available from the selected branches of Dhanalakshmi Bank and Federal Bank on payment of Rs. 2000/- against the Cost of application form.
(ii) Applications forms are available from Office of Admissions, Health Sciences Campus, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, AIMS Ponekkara Post, Kochi, Kerala, Pin - 682041 by Speed post / Courier on submission of Rs.2070/- through DD, drawn in the name of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, payable at Kochi
